The Rutland North neighbourhood is located north of Highway 33 and east of Highway 97. Rutland North neighbourhood has many options for shopping, restaurants, businesses, and entertainment. The Rutland South neighbourhood is located to the south of Highway 33, and the north of Mission Creek. Rutland South connects Highway 33 to Hollywood Road South and Rutland Road South, this neighbourhood is very easily accessible.
