Kelowna's Booming Population

Super busy spring and summer farming seasons, the central Okanagan is also a tourism hub, it is estimated 1.9 million tourists visited the Okanagan in 2022.

With the government finally reducing all COVID restrictions, expectations are an increase in tourisms this spring and summer.

Kelowna is the fastest growing city in B.C, and the fifth fastest growing city in Canada. One can assume tourists migrate here while falling in love with some of Canadas warmest climates. 

What is not to like? The Central Okangan is a 4-season playground, offering residents golf courses, vineyards and wine tours, brewery's, beaches and boating, ski hills, mountain biking, horse riding and the apologetically friendly Canadian atmosphere.

But the feature I hear most often while dealing with buyers, the most important advantage of the reduced population is the reduced crime rate. It is a great place for a young family raising kids
